Talk to the ZooGame team
The easiest way to get in touch with ZooGame is by email. Send your message to bkbtc8888@gmail.com and it will be passed to the right person on the team.
For corrections and broken game reports: if a guide is out of date, a game fails to start, or a detail simply looks wrong, we would love to hear about it. Please include the page address and a quick description of what you expected versus what you saw.
For privacy questions and rights notices: anything about how we handle information, or takedown and rights concerns, can be sent to the same address. Our Privacy policy and Terms pages explain the details on our side.
Adding the page address and a clear description helps the review team move quickly and saves everyone a round of follow-up emails.
A useful report usually needs three things, and none of them take long to include. Start with the exact address of the ZooGame page you were reading, because a guide page, a category page, and a game page are handled differently. Then describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Finally, add the browser or device you were using when the problem appeared.
Different kinds of report benefit from different details. For a broken game, the page address and a short description of where it stopped are usually enough. For a guide that reads incorrectly, quoting the sentence in question helps more than describing it. For a privacy or rights matter, name the topic in the subject line so the message is routed correctly from the start.
One thing to leave out: never send a password, a payment detail, or an authentication code. Nothing about a correction or a rights enquiry on this site requires any of them, and those details should not travel by email at all. A page address and a clear description carry the whole report.
If you are unsure which category your message falls under, send it anyway with a plain description. It is better to receive a report that needs sorting than to have a real problem go unmentioned, and the subject line can simply say what you noticed.
