Authorization statement
The site operator confirms that permissions cover the games and cover art shown on ZooGame, including display, linking, and commercial operation. Evidence for those permissions is kept off the site and is available only on request. ZooGame lists games rather than making them, and is neither developer nor publisher of the titles shown.
External game services
Some titles load from outside delivery services that sit under the same permissions. Those services set their own uptime and technical behaviour.
Rights reports
A complete notice names the work in question, gives the exact ZooGame address where it appears, includes your contact details, states your good-faith belief, confirms the information you supply is accurate, and carries your signature. Write to bkbtc8888@gmail.com with all of that included; material may be taken down or limited while the claim is reviewed.
Counter-notice
If content you submitted was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to bkbtc8888@gmail.com. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former ZooGame URL, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, and provide your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, if you are outside the United States, of the courts where ZooGame operates) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice. ZooGame will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within the applicable period.
